Position: Inside Sales Professional
Job Status: Full Time
Pay Rate: $40,000 to $65,000 Base plus high commission potential, bonuses and incentives
Job Description:
The primary objective of an Inside Sales Professional is to sell The Winning Minds Group-sponsored events and products. Come and fill this exciting role and help us promote the number one sales trainer in the world – TOM HOPKINS!
An Inside Sales Professional works from our offices in Novi, Michigan and: serves customers, services existing accounts and establishes new accounts primarily over the phone; schedules workshops; adjusts content of sales presentations; monitors competition; maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort.
Qualifications:
Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.
- Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
- Consistently identifies new sources of business.
- Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.
- Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
- Ranks within the top 10% of current sales force. Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Is confident in a variety of settings. Has an unshakable belief in own skills and capabilities.
- Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.
- Experience selling products and services to major accounts in a designated region.
- Previous business-to-business phone experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Position: Outside Sales Professional
Job Status: Full Time
Pay Rate: $60,000 to $90,000 High commission potential. Base provided during initial 30-day training period.

This position is incredibly demanding and will involve extended stay travel (6-7 weeks at a time) in some of the most exciting cities in the United States. An Outside Sales Representative: travels throughout our territory and serves customers; services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by making presentations to groups of various sizes; adjusts content of sales presentations; focuses sales efforts; submits orders; keeps management informed; maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort.
Qualifications:
- Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others.
- Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.
- Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
- Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
- Ranks within the top 10% of current sales force. Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Experience managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region.
- Ability to travel 6-7 weeks at a time.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients.
- Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.
- A strong, verifiable track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 to 5+ years of outside sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
